Bob Brommer Director

I am a Director Financial Audit at Forvis Mazars, focusing on delivering leading audit quality within the Banking & Asset Management practice. In my role, I connect strong teams with the right expertise to create real added value for my clients. Driven by a strong passion for the accountancy profession and a hands-on approach, I actively contribute to the continued development of our practice and to building long-term client relationships.

My expertise centres on auditing asset managers and both regulated and unregulated investment funds. I have in-depth knowledge of financial reporting, including IFRS and Dutch GAAP, as well as extensive experience in valuation matters based on IPEV and EVCA guidelines. In addition, I have a strong background in corporate governance, risk management and compliance, including regulatory frameworks such as AIFMD and assurance engagements under ISAE 3402. I work with a broad range of clients, including investment managers, investment funds, alternative investment vehicles with a focus on private equity, and complex financing structures.
