Publication of the Compendium Estate Planning (13th Edition)

For the 2026 edition, two professionals from Forvis Mazars contributed to the publication. Frans Sonneveldt, Of Counsel at Forvis Mazars, acted as co-editor and authored the chapters Tax Aspects of Estate Administration and International Aspects of Estate Planning. Johan Zuiderwijk, Partner within the Estate Planning practice of Forvis Mazars, authored the chapter Business Succession Facilities.

The "Compendium Estate Planning" provides an in-depth overview of the key legal and tax aspects of estate planning. The publication closely follows the different stages of life, covering topics such as cohabitation, marriage, gifting and inheritance.

The compendium is widely used as course material in education and as a reference within estate planning practice.
