Forvis Mazars in the Netherlands publishes its Annual Report 2024 / 2025. This year brought a clear sense of renewed energy: we continued to build on strong quality, worked with a new leadership team, and took the first steps in our four year Stellar strategy. You could feel it in the decisions we made and the direction that emerged, a solid foundation for the growth and ambitions of the years ahead.
Quality at the forefront
#ReinventingQuality has brought greater focus and clarity. Teams now work from the same approach, making collaboration smoother and day‑to‑day practice more straightforward. In doing so, #ReinventingQuality opens the door to structural quality improvement: working together more effectively, planning more efficiently, and learning from one another. This is how our audit practice continues to grow in quality, while making the work more enjoyable for our people and more valuable for our clients.
New leadership
On 1 January 2025, a new Executive Board took office with a clear focus on quality, innovation, our people and our clients. Through culture programmes, we are working towards an open, professional and safe working environment in which feedback, role‑modelling and professionalism are central. We have accelerated the use of technology and AI, including pilots with AI‑driven analytical tools and the further digitalisation of audit processes. Technology supports our work, but professional, human judgement remains paramount.
Progress in sustainability
This year’s report follows an ESRS‑inspired structure. We provide insight into our reduction targets and our progress on social and environmental themes. The social dimension, including talent development, inclusion and well‑being, remains a key pillar for us.
In addition, we have taken an important step in further professionalising our sustainability reporting: 15 KPIs have been subject to limited assurance.
Financial results
Turnover increased by 4.4% to €172.6 million. Audit & assurance, Outsourcing and Tax showed stable growth; Consulting recorded a strong increase. Due to higher investments in quality and technology, the gross margin decreased slightly.

Outlook
In 2025 / 2026, we will continue to focus on strengthening quality and further developing technology and talent, in a market that is expected to remain volatile.
