About Devi Joshi (1990)

Devi has been with Forvis Mazars since 2015 as part of the International Tax team. In her role, she combines an entrepreneurial mindset with an international perspective. Devi advises international and publicly listed companies, with a focus on U.S. clients and the asset management industry. She was born in the United Kingdom and later moved to the Netherlands with her family. From a young age, she was involved in her parents’ business, even while studying Tax Law. Over the past five years, she worked at Forvis Mazars in London. She has now returned to the Netherlands, where she has always remained a key member of the Dutch International Tax team. From now on, she will take on this role with even greater involvement and commitment.

About Kees de Heus (1974)

Kees has spent his entire career at Forvis Mazars. He combines professional dedication with an active family life as a father of three sons. In addition, he is a keen sportsman and often out cycling. With his broad experience and strong commitment, he has consistently made a valuable contribution to the Outsourcing service line. He has now been asked to further develop this practice in his new role - a recognition of his leadership, insight, and long-standing dedication. Kees focuses on privately owned businesses, both nationally and internationally. In doing so, he is committed to developing talent within an inclusive culture and strengthening multidisciplinary collaboration through a ‘one-team approach’.

About Koen Tomassen (1990)

Koen has been with Forvis Mazars for over 13 years, having joined the firm straight after completing his studies. He is focused on the growth and development of the Outsourcing service line, with a particular emphasis on mid-market and family-owned businesses, talent development within a people-centred culture, and strengthening multidisciplinary collaboration. Born and raised in Brabant, Koen still lives there with his partner and their two young children. His active involvement in various initiatives — both personal and professional — and his energetic lifestyle reflect his ability to connect with people and inspire action. He brings these qualities to his work, where he supports and motivates both colleagues and clients. Koen is also committed to education and regularly contributes to Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven, where he shares his personal journey and delivers guest lectures on the accountancy profession.

About Maarten van Dijk (1972)

Maarten began his career at BDO in 1999, after completing his degree in Business Economics at the University of Groningen. Since then, he has grown into a partner and held final responsibility for the Corporate Finance team. Outside of work, Maarten draws energy from his family life with three teenagers and his passion for sports, including tennis, cycling, and skiing. As of 1 September 2025, he joins the Financial advisory team at Forvis Mazars. With over 26 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and financing processes for mid-sized companies, he brings deep financial expertise combined with a collaborative leadership style. In 2024, Maarten was named M&A Advisor of the Year at the Brookz M&A Awards. He also serves as a board member - and from 2025 as chair - of the Dutch Corporate Finance Association, and lectures at the Dutch Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (NVP).
