Forvis Mazars strengthens its Tax and Audit & assurance partner team

1 September 2026 - Today, Andre Dekker and Erik Lipman joined Forvis Mazars as partners. Their appointments further strengthen the Tax and Audit & assurance practices.
About Andre Dekker (1988)
Andre joined Forvis Mazars in December 2025 as Head of Transfer Pricing Netherlands. He has more than fourteen years of transfer pricing experience and previously worked at Baker McKenzie, where he progressed to Director. Andre advises Dutch and international organisations on transfer pricing policies and documentation, financial transactions, business restructurings and controversy matters. Since joining Forvis Mazars, he has focused on developing and positioning the Dutch transfer pricing practice of Forvis Mazars. As a partner, he aims to further build the practice as a scalable and internationally connected part of the Tax and Advisory services, with a strong focus on quality, governance and sustainable growth.
About Bert Graafsma (1979)
Erik has been with Forvis Mazars since December 2021 and is part of the Audit & assurance practice. He focuses on organisations in the mid-market segment, with a particular emphasis on Real estate and Transport & logistics. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, he spent sixteen years at EY, where he gained extensive experience working with medium and large organisations, complex group audits and businesses undergoing change.
Erik is known for his approachable and collaborative style, combined with a strong focus on quality. He remains calm and maintains oversight in complex situations, quickly distinguishing the key issues from the details. As a result, he is a trusted advisor to management and supervisory boards. As a partner, he is committed to building a future-ready audit practice in which quality, entrepreneurship and talent development reinforce one another.
