We align with the Group’s global strategy while adapting it to the local context. Through initiatives like Community Day, NGO partnerships and volunteering projects, we support access to education, social inclusion and sustainable development. At the same time, we offer dedicated sustainability services, helping companies integrate ESG principles into their business strategy.
This approach reflects our commitment to turning values into action and building a better future for generations to come.
Our strategy
Living up to our core values, we have put sustainability at the heart of our business. As part of our commitment to creating value for all our stakeholders, we have built a robust strategy to drive positive change for our people, our clients, the environment and local communities.
This strategy is focused on three key pillars:
Environment
As our world faces an existential crisis due to rising global temperatures, every individual and organisation has a role to play, including Forvis Mazars. Leveraging our international partnership, we will continue to work to preserve the environment and fight climate change by taking robust actions to reduce our carbon footprint in line with climate science, with the goal to reach a net zero future.
Social
We are committed to supporting both the wellbeing of our people and the vibrancy of our communities. To achieve this, we focus on creating an inclusive, empowering environment within the firm and making a meaningful impact beyond our organisation.
Governance
Our values guide how we serve the public interest and act responsibly as a global firm. We hold ourselves to high ethical standards and work with clients and partners who share our commitment to integrity, transparency and sustainable impact. As a responsible organisation that is committed to acting with integrity and transparency, we are also a signatory and active participant in the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). We strive to implement the UNGC principles in our work, and we publish regular reports on our sustainability performance.
