Bianca Consigliere Associate Director, Outsourcing

Bianca leads our Asia Pacific (APAC) payroll practice and is an active collaborator with other Forvis Mazars offices in the region, as well as the international payroll community. With over ten years of experience in providing outsourced payroll services, and over two years of experience in preparing company’s accounts using the appropriate standards on various accounting software solutions, she has successfully led various initiatives to improve our regional payroll offering with a focus on consistency and service quality.
She began her career with the firm in 2014 and has since been instrumental in the establishment of the HR and Payroll Services team within Outsourcing business unit. Notably, she is familiar with local employment legislations and compliance, and manages international client portfolio, focused on researching and implementing cutting-edge solutions to ensure Forvis Mazars’ services remain relevant and optimal in today’s digital world.
Bianca is also involved in a broad spectrum of payroll and HR services, including preparation and submission of monthly payroll reports, government claims, employment agreements, employee handbooks, benefits administration, annual income tax filing and tax clearance for foreign employees. With her extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of HR and payroll management, Bianca is poised to drive the continued growth and management of our HR and payroll client portfolio, enhancing service delivery and customer engagement.
She holds a double degree in Human Resource Management & Management and is a member of the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) and Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP).
