Bianca Consigliere Associate Director, Outsourcing

Bianca is an Associate Director in the Outsourcing practice at Forvis Mazars in Singapore, leading the firm's HR and Payroll services portfolio. As co-leader of the Asia Pacific (APAC) payroll practice, she works closely with Forvis Mazars teams across the region and the international payroll community to drive service excellence, consistency, and innovation in payroll outsourcing.

With more than a decade of experience in payroll and HR outsourcing, Bianca advises multinational and growing businesses on payroll governance, employment compliance and workforce administration. She manages a diverse portfolio of local and international clients and is recognised for her strong understanding of employment legislation, payroll governance, and operational best practices.

With her extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of HR and payroll management, Bianca is poised to drive the continued growth and management of our HR and payroll client portfolio, enhancing service delivery and customer engagement.

Passionate about leveraging technology to create scalable and future-ready solutions, Bianca plays a key role in advancing digital initiatives and enhancing service delivery across the practice. She is an accredited IHRP Senior Professional (IHRP-SP) and holds a double degree in Human Resource Management and Management. She is also a member of the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) and the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP).
