Cheryl Koh Partner, Head of Quality Management

Leading our firmwide quality assurance and compliance efforts, Cheryl ensures the firm upholds the highest standards of accuracy, integrity and regulatory excellence across all services. She has been a key driver in the successful implementation and ongoing refinement of our quality management system, notably leading the rollout of the Singapore Standard on Quality Management (SSQM 1) ahead of its effective date in December 2022. Her pragmatic leadership continues to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory expectations, while embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence—delivering real value to the firm. 

With over 20 years of experience, Cheryl has worked extensively with SGX-listed conglomerates and multinational companies in a wide range of industries including construction, energy, manufacturing, not-for-profit, property development, retail and trading.  She also brings deep expertise with International and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, having spent more than three years as a practice reviewer with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), Singapore’s national regulator of public accountants.

Currently, Cheryl is also training to become a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA), further strengthening her capabilities in valuation and professional growth.

Beyond her technical expertise, Cheryl is a dedicated mentor and a passionate advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. In 2024, she participated in the firm’s Summit for a Cause expedition to Mount Kinabalu, which raised funds and awareness for Project PARI, a partnership with the Zonta Club of Singapore that empowers underserved young women through education and development.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore).
