Shen Way is a Partner in the Audit & Assurance practice of Forvis Mazars in Singapore. With over 15 years of professional experience, he has led major engagements, including initial public offerings (IPOs) on the Singapore Exchange (SGX). During his years with Forvis Mazars, Shen Way has managed audit engagements of varying industries, sizes and risk profiles, encompassing public interest entities and privately owned businesses (POB).

He has audited a diverse range of industries, including hospitality, building construction, property development, business process outsourcing, commodities trading, manufacturing, retail and energy technology. His broad sector experience allows him to provide practical, commercially focused insights tailored to different business environments.

Shen Way also supports the audit practice as an in-house valuation resource, providing specialist review of business valuations, purchase price allocations, intangible asset valuations and financial instrument pricing.

In recent years, his leadership has strengthened the POB sector and expanded the team’s capabilities. He continues to champion Forvis Mazars’ vision of delivering a seamless, one‑stop solution for POB clients, whether headquartered in Singapore with overseas operations or operating locally. Through close collaboration with our Capital Markets team, he has identified strategic IPO opportunities for these clients, helping them pursue growth and build sustainable long‑term success.
