Alistair Beauprie has more than 16 years of professional services experience, including over 11 years dedicated to transaction services. Specializing in financial due diligence, he advises companies, corporate buyers and investment funds throughout acquisition and divestiture transactions.​

His expertise includes quality of earnings and working capital analysis, debt and debt-like items, carve-out situations, purchase price adjustment mechanisms, and the financial aspects of purchase and sale agreements.
