Jordan Laforest-Claveau Manager

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Université de Montréal and a Master’s degree in Taxation from HEC Montréal.
His practice focuses primarily on Canadian indirect taxes at both the provincial and federal levels. He advises a diverse client base across various industries, particularly in matters involving tax audits, notices of objection, corporate reorganizations, and other issues related to the interpretation and application of tax legislation.
He is also involved in complex mandates relating to mergers and acquisitions as well as real estate transactions, in both the public and private sectors.
