He specializes in IFRS and ASPE and is widely recognized for his expertise in complex audits within highly regulated environments.

Throughout his career, Louis has led large‑scale audit and assurance engagements, cross‑border group reporting assignments involving Canadian and international reporting entities, and financial transformation initiatives for reporting issuers, asset managers, and regulated investment funds. His work has given him deep insight into governance frameworks, internal control environments, and regulatory reporting requirements in Canada and internationally.
