Shayne Pringle has more than 15 years of professional services experience and specializes in taxation. He primarily advises privately held businesses, entrepreneurs and shareholders on planning and managing their tax matters, both in their day-to-day operations and at key stages of their development. 

His expertise includes tax planning, corporate reorganizations and compliance, as well as the tax considerations associated with business succession, acquisitions and business sales. He works with clients to assess their options and implement structures aligned with their business objectives and circumstances. 

A member of Forvis Mazars since 2018, Shayne is a CPA and holds a Master’s degree in Taxation. His practical and collaborative approach helps make complex tax matters easier to navigate while providing clients with clear and relevant guidance in support of their business decisions.
