Forvis Mazars supported the Antama Group in the strategic sale of Walke AG to the Peyer Group

The Financial Advisory team at Forvis Mazars had the pleasure of supporting the Antama Group in the sale of its stake in Walke AG, a specialist in paper, cardboard and thermoformed packaging, to the Peyer Group. Present at every stage of the process, our team applied its expertise to contribute to the success of this transaction.
The Antama Group, an industrial group based in Fribourg, holds several participations in companies active in the industrial and real estate sectors in Switzerland, Italy, and Germany.
Walke AG, a specialist in paper packaging, also offers customised solutions in cardboard and thermoforming. Based in Herisau (SG) and founded in 1881, the company employs around twenty people and is recognised as a leading player in paper packaging in Switzerland.
The acquisition of Walke AG by the Peyer Group, also a specialist in customised packaging, marks a strategic milestone that will enable the company to continue its development while remaining committed to innovative and environmentally responsible solutions.
