Forvis Mazars acted as M&A Lead Advisor to Auto Kunz AG shareholders in the successful sale to Gross Garage Group

The Financial Advisory Team in Zurich successfully advised the Kunz brothers as exclusive M&A and holistic financial advisors in the execution of the ownership succession at Auto Kunz AG.
As part of the succession plan, the long-established and successful Swiss family business will be taken over in its entirety by the Gross Garage Group with retroactive effect from 1 January 2026.
