Company portal management
Since 1 January 2018, electronic communication – i.e. the use of the company portal – has been mandatory for all business entities. In fact, companies will have to conduct all communication with the state agencies, authorities and offices primarily through the company portal. Therefore, continuous management of the company portal storage space is essential, and it is crucial who manages, supervises and maintains the company portal
interface. In the case of newly established companies the company portal registration is obligatory within 8 days of corporate registration.
Our company portal management service includes the following:
- Forvis Mazars performs the mandatory company portal registration for newly established companies. As for companies that are already in the possession of a company portal, we take over the company portal management rights in order to be able to monitor messages.
- Monitoring of the portal, interpreting and forwarding of the incoming messages accompanied by a short summary of their content in Hungarian or English. Everything that requires additional action or contains a certain deadline will be highlighted.
- Management of the authorizations: registration of the persons appointed by the company and the accountants as well as the payroll clerks of the company as company portal users. In the latter case, messages concerning bookkeeping or payroll will be sent directly to them and will not overload your mailbox. In the case of any changes, we perform the modifications to the company portal manager and user rights.
