I am a Partner specialising in Transfer Pricing within the international transfer pricing practice and lead our activities in the Netherlands, based in Amsterdam. With over fourteen years of experience, I advise multinational companies across the full spectrum of transfer pricing, from designing international policies and documentation frameworks to modelling intercompany financing structures and providing support during tax audits. In my role, I lead multidisciplinary teams and provide economically sound solutions that align with our clients’ strategic and commercial needs.

My work includes developing transfer pricing strategies and carrying out complex analyses and implementation projects for Dutch and international companies across a range of sectors, including consumer, technology, industrials, pharmaceuticals and mining. I am regularly requested to provide support in complex tax disputes and audits, as well as to conduct economic and benchmarking analyses. In addition, I have specialist knowledge of financial transactions and treasury issues, such as setting up cash pools, modelling intercompany loans and designing international financing structures. My approach is pragmatic: I translate technical analyses into manageable and defensible solutions that are applicable within the client’s organisation. By working closely with local and international teams, I ensure consistent and future-proof transfer pricing frameworks.

I derive a great deal of energy from resolving cross-border issues, guiding organisations through complex decision-making processes and collaborating with international teams.
