Specialist experience

I advise on transfer pricing policy design, international restructuring projects and tax compliance across a broad range of cross-border business scenarios. I combine a strong legal and technical background with hands-on experience coordinating complex, multi-jurisdictional engagements.

I hold an LL.M. in International and European Tax Law from Maastricht University (the Netherlands) and a Master’s Degree in Law from Nicolaus Copernicus University (Poland).

I work with multinational enterprises across a diverse portfolio of industries, including construction & infrastructure, renewable energy, financial, trading & investment services, software & technology, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and leisure & hospitality.

Having advised clients with operations across Western, Central and Eastern Europe I have developed a strong understanding of various international business environments and the practical challenges associated with cross-border operations.

Originally from Poland and based in the Netherlands, I am particularly well positioned to support growing businesses in navigating international tax and transfer pricing matters.
