With over twenty years of experience in tax advisory and advocacy work, Atty. Mache started her tax practice with one of the big firms in the Philippines and moved on to work as director for the Revenue Operations Group of the Department of Finance.

She has extensive experience in international taxation, tax structuring, tax due diligence, and tax advisory in relation to acquisition, financing, capital investment, registration of foreign investors' Philippine business entities, including the structuring of their Philippine investments, as well as addressing their legal concerns relating to their business operations. She has been involved in tax due diligence projects for government owned and controlled corporations and assisted in several public-private partnership projects. Over the years, she has acted as consultant for several government funded infrastructure projects and has worked as technical consultant for the Department of Finance, the Department of Transportation, and the Asian Development Bank.
