Process of analysis – valuation of a listed company

The seminar will focus on the process of analysis and valuation of a company, and in particular on finding out where the analyst collects the information necessary for analysis from and what challenges and problems he faces during the whole process. Then, the possibilities of increasing analysts’ interest in a listed company will be presented and the process of preparing data in order to be useful for analysts will be discussed.

Participants of the discussion panel ending the seminar will discuss, among others, the impact of analysis on the market valuation of a company.

The following speakers will participate in the panel: Sebastian Buczek – President of the Management Board of Quercus TFI SA, Łukasz Kwiecień - Investment Communications Director of Pioneer Pekao Investment Management, Piotr Cieślak – Vice-President of the Management Board of the Association of Individual Investors, Bartłomiej Drywa, Director of Investor Relations of Cyfrowy Polsat SA and Krzysztof Rezler – Director of Mazars Consulting Department.  The discussion will be moderated by Mirosław Kachniewski – President of the Management Board of the Polish Association of Stock Exchange Issuers.
