Liability of management board and supervisory board
Polish Institute of Directors and Mazars are pleased to invite you to participate in the conference “Liability of management board and supervisory board” aimed at discussing various forms of liability of managers facing new tasks and challenges as well as more and more complicated conditions of performing the function they were entrusted with.
A clear definition of boundaries between the manager’s risk and civil and penal liability increases the comfort of management. Another factor that can help is to get to know different aspects of civil liability insurance of management board and supervisory board. Lectures will be given by specialists cooperating with the Academy of the Polish Institute of Directors who work for recognized legal, audit and tax firms.
During this conference Mrs Urszula Zarębska of Mazars will deliver a lecture on the management board members’ liability for tax obligations.
