Wokshops on Transfer pricing

We have the plasure to invite you to the worhops "Transfer pricing in respect to tax and fiscal audit" organised by Informedia Polska and Puls Biznesu. The worksops will be held on 14-15 October 2010 at the Polonia Palace Hotel in Warsaw.

During the workshops, Krystyna Szydłowska, Director of the Mazars' Tax Advisory Department and Urszula Zarębska, legal and tax adviser, manager in the Tax Advisory Department will present the following topics:

  • Advance Pricing Agreement - is it worth to go through such procedure.
  • Tax audit. Course of the audit, specificity of the audit in the scope of transfer pricing, results of the audit for the company and its management board.
