The Best Annual Raport 2010

Mazars was Partner of "The Best Annual Report 2010" – a competition which aims at creating recognised standards of drawing up annual reports according to IFRS/IAS, in accordance with IFAC guidelines and best practice in this area and, by the same token, to promote companies drawing up best consolidated annual reports prepared in accordance with IFRS/IAS from the point of view of usability for shareholders and investors.

The competition is organised by the Accountancy and Tax Institute.

The results of 2010 competition in which 32 companies took part were announced during the gala on 21st October.

Monika Kaczorek, Partner, Vice-President of the Management Board of Mazars Audyt Sp. z o.o. will represent Mazas in the competition’s chapter.

The Chapter of the Competition has awarded the main prizes for the annual reports of the following companies:

2nd place	PGNiG S.A.	ING Bank Śląski S.A.
3rd place	Grupa Kęty S.A.	Bank Pekao S.A.

Moreover, the Competition’s Chapter has decided to award two special prizes “The Best of the Best” for the best company and bank that took the first place in The Best Annual Report Competition three times in the past years.
