CEE New Managers Training 2025 and a new Best Place to Work certification!

CEE New Managers Training is coming back again with a new edition, bringing our colleagues to the lovely Warsaw for three days filled with learning and new perspectives. For the second year in a row, during the event our team received the trophy for our renewed Best Place to Work certification!

CEE New Managers Training 2025 

Continuous learning is an aspect embedded into our DNA as a firm that shapes our path and sharpens our perspective, enabling us to continue to offer the best quality services to our clients. And although we highly value our professional expertise, we understand that the balance between professional and personal development is the element that brings us closer to achieving our goals as a team.   

Thus, throughout every colleague’s evolution within the company, we make sure that they are equipped with the proper tools and resources to help them when transitioning from one role to another, embracing more responsibility and navigating new challenges.   
Each year, our newly appointed managers from all countries across Central & Eastern Europe gather for a beloved tradition: CEE New Managers Training. With a different country hosting each edition, this year’s event brought our colleagues all the way to beautiful Warsaw, Poland.

For the duration of three days, they participated in trainings, workshops and discussions meant to enhance their capabilities and expertise. They tackled everything from effective communication, delegating, active listening, offering and receiving feedback and handling conflicts.  

The international aspect of the event offered them the opportunity to network, share ideas and be exposed to new perspectives and insights from our colleagues in the region. Working together, they discussed how they'd tackle challenging situations, whether with their teams or clients, explored different communication styles and learned the importance of being adaptable.  

Best Places to Work 

Just like last year, this edition of CEE New Managers Training gave us one more reason to gather and celebrate together at the regional level, as Forvis Mazars has received the Best Place to Work certification in CEE and Central Asia for the second year in a row!  

The Best Places to Work is a global recognition programme, highlighting some of the world’s best companies in terms of their HR practices, while measuring, improving and recognising the engagement of their people. The certification reflects the excellence within organisational culture, honouring the companies committed to reaching the highest standards for the work experience.  

Having received the recognition for the first time last year, we are now building a tradition by consolidating our HR practices and keeping a close eye on the feedback received from our colleagues in terms of initiatives, opportunities and organisational culture overall. Among the 86% overall satisfaction score, our employees highlighted our leadership practices (86%), our teamwork and relationships (85%) and our CSR and charitable initiatives (87%).
