With more than 15 years of professional experience in auditing and advisory in France and China, Chloe has extensive experience on the following area:

• Audit services:
  • Statutory and consolidated financial statements auditing in accordance with French standards and International Financial Reporting standards.
  • Preparation of the Consolidation package memorandum.
• Outsourcing and consulting services:
  • Establish financial statements, perform analytical review and tax compliance;
  • Work closely with client’s management and provide assistance in investment projects;
  • Carry out cost-cutting analysis and implement the KPIs, assist client to optimize performance during change management period;
  • Review and recommend best internal control process practice;
  • Provide diagnostic on current ERP used by the client and advisory on automation projects.
