Relevant experience

Cindy is a partner in the Transaction Services in our Shanghai office and has been with the team since 2013.  She has over 15 years of professional accounting and advisory experience and specializes in the provision of due diligence (both buy-side and sell-side), closing assistance, structuring advice and M&A advisory services. 

Cindy has advised on numerous transactions including domestic and cross border acquisitions / investments. These acquisitions generally ranged in size from RMB 20 million to RMB 300 million in various industries. 

She has great exposure to consumer goods, food and beverages, servicing and consulting, industrial process automation, logistics and transportation, engineering and construction, manufacturing, real estates and automotive industries in China, Hong Kong and other Asia Pacific regions.

Before joining Forvis Mazars, Cindy trained with PwC in both the United Kingdom and Hong Kong.
