Stage 2: Review

Once you have made your online application, our early careers team review all applications and shortlist candidates. Selected candidates are notified and are submitted for the online assessment.

Stage 3: Assessment

The online assessment involves one or two tests (depending on your chosen role). The first test is a General Intelligence Assessment (GIA) examining things like your reasoning, number speed and accuracy, spatial visualisation and word meaning. The second test explores your workplace persona, how you react to certain scenarios, your preferred communication style, how you deal with pressure and what motivates you to succeed. Both tests take less than one hour to complete and no preparation is necessary.

Stage 4: First shortlist

The final shortlist is sent to the partners and candidates are invited to join us at one of our open days.

Stage 5: Open day

The open day gives you the chance to meet other associates, members of our early careers team and the partners and directors who have selected you. You will have a short interview with a partner/director panel who will share the potential career opportunities you will have with Forvis Mazars and discuss your own career plans.

Stage 6: Offer

The partners will make the offers to the selected candidates directly as their commitment to your career with the firm.
