Tommy BoweIreland AM presenter Tommy Bowe is an Irish television presenter and former rugby union player from County Monaghan. His career spans over two decades, starting as a wing for the Ulster squad in the 2003-04 season. He went on to play for Ospreys and Ireland, earning 69 caps and scoring 30 tries for the national team. He also played for the British & Irish Lions on two tours (2009 and 2013), earning five caps.
Following his retirement from rugby in 2018, Tommy transitioned into broadcasting and is now a co-host on Ireland AM alongside Alan Hughes and Muireann O'Connell.
As an ambassador for the Steps Team Challenge, Tommy’s enduring passion for sport, fitness and teamwork aligns seamlessly with the initiative’s values, motivating participants to take meaningful steps toward a healthier, more connected lifestyle. | Laura FoxRadio & TV presenter Laura Fox is an Irish television and radio presenter from County Galway. She began her broadcasting career in 2015 with Galway Bay FM before joining RTÉ in 2017, where she worked on the digital station RTÉ Pulse. She then went on to host her own weekend breakfast show in 2022.
