Forvis Mazars supports Trade Electric Group on acquisition of Mullingar Electrical Wholesale

Mullingar Electrical Wholesale is a Westmeath-based independent electrical wholesaler. Founded in 1987, they have grown to include Longford Electrical Wholesale, Tullamore branch Midland Electrical Wholesale and North East Electrical Wholesale in Dundalk. The company is owned by Ann Marie and Peadar Conlon.

This acquisition will expand Trade Electric Group’s network to c. 15 locations across the country and will increase their presence in Midlands and Northeast. This provides them with a competitive advantage by improving local coverage and increasing route density, both of which are key advantages in the sector.
