3 new Partners at Forvis Mazars in Luxembourg

Vanessa Rinckens is a Partner within the Audit department of Forvis Mazars and Deputy Head of the UCI sector.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and completed part of her studies at the University of Lethbridge, Canada.
Vanessa began her career in 2012 and joined Forvis Mazars in Luxembourg in 2014 as a Senior, where she has played a key role in the development of the firm’s investment funds audit practice. She specialises in the audit of regulated and non-regulated investment funds and is recognised for her technical expertise, her strong leadership, and ability to manage complex engagements in a highly regulated environment. Vanessa is a “Réviseur d’entreprises agréé” (Authorised Auditor) in Luxembourg.

Kevin Hertzog is a Partner within the Audit department of Forvis Mazars. He is bringing close to 13 years of dedicated experience in audit, assurance and advisory engagements.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance, Control and Audit from the IAE Metz School of Management, in France. He began his career in France in 2012 where he gained strong expertise in auditing major retail banks, mutual guarantee institutions and real estate entities and he joined Forvis Mazars in Luxembourg as a Senior in 2016. Recognised for his technical skills, rigor and professionalism, Kevin brings valuable insight to complex audit engagements.
His expertise spans banks, Professionals of the Financial Sector (PFS), Management Companies, and alternative investment vehicles.
Kevin is a qualified “Réviseur d’entreprises agréé” (Authorised Auditor) in Luxembourg.

Jordan Baumann is a Partner within the Tax Department of Forvis Mazars Advisory Services, where he leads International Tax Advisory projects for a large range of clients.

With over nine years of experience, Jordan supports businesses, investors and asset managers throughout the entire deal lifecycle, delivering tailor-made solutions for structuring, restructuring, refinancing, M&A transactions and exit planning. Jordan focuses on developing clear, compliant and efficient tax strategies that support clients’ business objectives and create long-term value.
Since joining Forvis Mazars In Luxembourg in 2019 as a Manager, Jordan has advised clients across multiple sectors on complex cross-border matters leading to extensive experience in alternative investments and corporate tax planning.

Jordan holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Haute Alsace and is a Member of the “Ordre des Experts-Comptables” in Luxembourg. He regularly shares his expertise as a lecturer on International Tax and Structured Finance at the University of Haute Alsace, the University of Burgundy, and the University of Paris Nanterre.
