Standard Business Reporting (SBR) outsourcing solution

Starting from financial years 2025, all large legal entities and their medium-sized subsidiaries are required to file their financial statements electronically via Standard Business Reporting (SBR) with the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce. This follows changes in the Electronic Filing Trade Register Decree.

What does this mean for your business?

There is no change to the content of the financial statements or the annual report. Practically speaking, however, there are significant implications.

The reporting process of the company must change to produce the financial statements in the electronic format. Addressing the new requirements may require purchasing and implementing specialized software or using a specialized service provider. The implementation and continued execution will require time and attention.

How we can help you

We offer companies that prefer to outsource these efforts a fully managed solution that ensures your reporting is accurate, compliant and delivered on time with minimal impact on your financial operations.

Whether your digital report is prepared in the XBRL format or the inline XBRL (iXBRL) format, we have a suitable solution to convert your audited financial statements in PDF or paper format into the correct digital format that can be filed with the Chamber of Commerce. This process is outlined below.
