Jacqueline Geerts Senior Manager Payroll

At Forvis Mazars, I work as a Senior Payroll Manager, supporting organisations in managing and optimising their payroll processes. In my role, I am responsible for maintaining and further developing the ISAE 3402 Type II standard within the payroll practice. I monitor the quality of processes and internal controls, thereby contributing to reliability and compliance for our clients.

In addition, I play an active role in the professional development of our payroll professionals. I organise and coordinate training courses, including the two-day technical training, and support colleagues with complex technical issues. As the contact person for the professional body NIRPA, I ensure the registration and accreditation of Continuing Professional Development for our NIRPA-certified colleagues.

My expertise lies in the areas of payroll compliance, technical expertise and quality assurance. In my approach, I combine in-depth knowledge with a practical perspective: accessible, meticulous and focused on solutions that work in practice. The impact of my work lies in creating trust, continuity and control, for both payroll professionals and the organisations they support.
