30 years, seen through our walls
Not just in size or furniture - but in how work itself happened.
Back then, the heartbeat of the office was paper. Shelves lined with folders, cabinets filled to capacity, thousands of physical files carefully labeled and stored. Much of the space was dedicated to organising and storing information. It reflected an era when knowledge was tangible - something you could see, file and archive.
As the years passed, the company grew - and so did the walls around us. Teams expanded, projects multiplied and gradually the space that once felt solid began to feel crowded. At the same time, the way we worked was changing. Screens started replacing binders. Collaboration began to matter as much as concentration. We weren’t just outgrowing an office - we were outgrowing a mindset.
In 2018, we took a decisive step into a new chapter by moving into a new office space. One designed not for storing files, but for connecting people. Open, bright and flexible, the new office marked a shift toward digital work, teamwork and adaptability.
Since then, the space itself has continued to evolve. Two rebranding projects reshaped not only how the office looks, but how it feels - aligning our environment with who we are today. Fewer walls, fewer papers, more shared spaces, more ideas flowing freely.
If our old office told the story of stability and structure, today’s space tells a story of movement and growth.
Thirty years in Romania means more than longevity.
