With passion and professionalism, Denisa Panaitescu, during her two years as Supervising Senior in our Outsourcing - Accounting team, successfully managed her projects with expertise and openness, consistently delivering results and supporting her colleagues whenever needed. Through a balanced approach that combined technical knowledge with strong people skills, Denisa demonstrated that effective leadership is built on trust, kindness and collaboration.

1. How did your experience at Forvis Mazars prepare you for the challenges in your current role?
