Adrian Mihalcea Director, Deal Advisory

Adrian is a member of Chartered Financial Analyst Institute (CFA Institute), CFA Society Romania since November 2015 and of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). 

Adrian has significant expertise in due diligence projects, both on buy-side and sell-side engagements, in industries such as real-estate, retail, private healthcare, pharma, wholesale, energy, financial services and courier services.

He was exposed also on valuation and corporate finance projects.

Relevant deals that he was involved in include: the sale of a majority stake in Verita International School by its founder​, acquisitions performed by MedLife in the healthcare sector,​ acquisitions performed by PPC Renewables in the renewables sector,​ the acquisitions of Somaco and General Beton by Holcim Romania​, acquisitions performed by private equity clients, such as Morphosis Capital, Abris Capital Partners, Resource Partners, Agista, Black Sea Fund.

Before joining Forvis Mazars, Adrian worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania and X-Trade Brokers.
