Alexandru Stanciu Director, Tax

Alexandru Stanciu boasts an experience of more than 12 years in the field of taxation, with a focus on indirect taxation, being specialised in value-added tax (VAT). On his professional path, Alexandru was involved in various advisory projects, covering tax reviews, assistance during tax audits, involvement in challenges against the decision of the tax authorities, tax compliance, due-diligence, tax structuring and optimisation. ​​

Alexandru is a graduate of The Faculty of Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange within The Bucharest University of Economic Studies and he holds a Master’s degree in Financial Analysis and Evaluation, granted by the same university.​​ He is a member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants (CCF).
