Mihaela Hampu Director, Tax

As a Director within Forvis Mazars in Romania, Mihaela advices clients on value-creating projects, across a broad range of industries, with the purpose of helping them adapt to the newest legislative changes, that are happening almost every other day. Mihaela boasts an experience of more than 16 years in the field of taxation, but also in accounting. She has developed her competencies and expertise in professional advisory services related particularly to indirect taxation - value-added tax (VAT).

Mihaela contributes actively to the growth of the next generation of professionals, by authoring several specialized articles on tax and accounting issues, and also speaking at important seminars, workshops and conferences.

She is a graduate of The Faculty of Accounting and Management Information Systems within The Bucharest University of Economic Studies, and she holds a Master’s degree in Public Management, granted by the same university.
