Monica Petrea Director, Tax

Monica has an experience of more than 20 years in the field of  taxation. She has developed her competencies and expertise in professional advisory services related particularly to corporate income tax, individual income tax, transfer pricing, tax advisory, mergers and acquisitions, tax procedure settings, tax compliance and reporting.​

Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, Monica worked for 17 years within the telecommunication industry, as well as for 7 years within the financial consultancy services industry. ​Monica has authored several publications on tax issues and has been a speaker at various seminars and conferences on taxation.​

Monica is a graduate of The Bucharest University of Economic Studies, with a license diploma in International Economic Relations and postgraduation studies in Business Law. Monica also graduated with Vienna University of Economics and Business the Executive MBA program of WU Executive Academy with a  degree of Master of Business Administration.​
