Following a merger or acquisition (M&A), the key challenge for financial reporting is to determine the fair value of all acquired assets, including both tangible and intangible items, and ensure compliance with international (IFRS 03) and local (VAS 11) accounting standards as well as best practices in valuation for various types of assets and liabilities. Misunderstanding reporting standards and misusing valuation frameworks can result in distorted financial reporting, tax inefficiencies, or regulatory scrutiny. 

This seminar focuses on the practical application of Purchase Price Allocation for companies and investors operating in Vietnam.
