Strengthening cross-border collaboration: Christoph Funcke visits Forvis Mazars Legal Vietnam

The visit provided an excellent opportunity to further strengthen the ties between our German and Vietnamese legal teams, exchange best practices and deepen collaboration across jurisdictions.

As Co-Heads of the Infrastructure Practice within Forvis Mazars, Christoph Funcke and Christophe Cougnaud also took the opportunity to meet with key stakeholders from the German business community in Vietnam, including representatives of AHK Vietnam and the German Business Association (GBA), as well as government officials involved in the development of major infrastructure projects.

These discussions provided valuable insights into Vietnam's infrastructure pipeline and the opportunities arising from ongoing developments in the transport, energy, and industrial sectors. The visit also served as an important step in preparing upcoming initiatives and events with the German business community in Vietnam.

Just as importantly, Christoph's visit enabled our partners Christophe Cougnaud, Dzung Dang and Minh Nguyen, to spend time together, exchange perspectives on market developments and client needs, and further strengthen the cooperation between our Vietnamese and German teams.

Close collaboration between our teams across jurisdictions is essential to support clients involved in complex and strategic projects. Visits such as these reinforce our shared vision and enhance our ability to deliver seamless cross-border legal support.
