- Prior to joining Forvis Mazars in Vietnam, Yen was an Auditor at a top financial advisor for 10 years and the former leader of Hanoi office of a global compliance services firm in Vietnam for 6 years.
- Yen has accumulated over 24 years of work experience in auditing, accounting, payroll and taxation services for various industries such as financial services, technology, medical/pharmaceutical, tourism, trade, manufacturing, public sector, and real estate. She is now a Director of Outsourcing solutions based in Hanoi office.
- She plays a key role in providing a wide range of professional accounting practices to corporate clients, including reviewing internal control system, assisting client in setting up accounting system; assisting operational team on complex technical issues; acting as chief accountant for clients and deals of significant domestic and international projects.
