Juan Riquelme is a lawyer with a Master's degree in Labor Law and Social Security from the University of Seville, a PDD from IESE, and executive training in leadership from Harvard Business School. He has over 30 years of experience in people management at an international level.
He has served as the Human Resources Director in various organizations such as Atento, Enel Américas, and Endesa. Five years ago, he transitioned to the Human Resources consulting sector, advising senior management on people management. Additionally, he is a mediator at the SIMA Foundation.
