Although the topic of diversity and inclusion has received a lot of attention in recent years, equality and diversity are sometimes still a long way off for many organizations. However, a well-diverse workforce provides significant benefits. It leads to better team performance, richer insights and opportunities exploitation, and better availability of human resources.

  • Detection of linguistic bias in job descriptions

With regard to gender diversity, we also offer an open source self-assessment questionnaire for directors who want to accelerate gender diversity. This is a joint initiative of Forvis Mazars and the Observatory for Gender Balance. This self-assessment will help your organization identify or supplement the right actions and to create gender diversity roadmaps to achieve sustainable results.
