依据《财政部 税务总局关于粤港澳大湾区个人所得税优惠政策的通知》（财税〔2019〕31号）和《<广东省关于继续贯彻落实粤港澳大湾区个人所得税优惠政策>的通知》（粤财税〔2020〕29号），在大湾区工作符合条件的境外高端人才和紧缺人才，其在珠三角九市的个人所得税已缴税额超过其按应纳税所得额的15%计算的税额的部分，由珠三角九市人民政府给予财政补贴，该补贴免征个人所得税，优惠政策有效期为2019年1月1日至2023年12月31日。
去年是申请大湾区个税补贴的第一年，鉴于大家可能并不熟知这些政策和管理措施，我们将其中的一些基础性概念整理如下。

The 7th China International Import Expo had a grand opening today at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Attending the Expo for the fifth consecutive year, Forvis Mazars, an international audit, tax and advisory firm, arrives this time with a new image themed “Built for What’s Next”, welcoming global audiences at the Trade in Service exhibition hall (8.2A3-04). This marks Forvis Mazars’ first appearance at a major international exhibition since announcing its new global network in June.
