She has recently worked with her clients on Equal Pay projects on how to successfully implement new EU Pay Transparency Directive incl. 2023/970 Gender Pay Gap analysis analyzing motivational Com & Ben schemes. She also participates in international Equal Salary certification projects and salary benchmarking projects.
