Joyce Bezzina Corporate Services Assistant Manager

Joyce Bezzina joined Forvis Mazars Malta in 2006 and currently serves as Assistant Manager within the Corporate Services Department. She brings extensive experience across a wide spectrum of corporate services, with a particular focus on ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks for both local and international clients.

In her role, Joyce manages a diverse client portfolio and leads on key corporate governance matters. Her responsibilities include the incorporation, re-domiciliation, and dissolution of legal entities, as well as the structuring and restructuring of corporate groups. She also provides support on both domestic and cross-border transactions, ensuring full adherence to applicable corporate legislation and regulatory standards across a broad range of corporate activities.

A graduate in Corporate and Financial Regulation, Joyce leverages her strong academic background and significant industry experience to deliver effective regulatory solutions and strategic corporate support.
