Cristina Georgescu Director, Outsourcing - Accounting

As a Senior Manager within the Outsourcing – Accounting department of Forvis Mazars in Romania, Cristina helps her clients build a better finance function, while being enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to every project.​ Cristina joined the firm in 2013 as an Accountant, after its merger with Adevaris. Prior to joining Mazars, Cristina worked with LeitnerLeitner and Adevaris since 2011, as well as with another consultancy company, where she provided accounting services.​

Cristina boasts an experience of more than 13 years in financial accounting: reviewing the accounting records, month-end adjustments, and reconciliation of the balance sheet accounts, preparing and reviewing financial statements, as well as monthly fiscal statements, and management reports for clients. ​She is SAP FI literate, and she coordinates teams, which are working for clients who outsourced the accounting and finance function of their companies in various sectors, such as automotive, retail, real estate, pharmaceutical & life sciences, etc.​

Cristina is a graduate of The Bucharest University of Economic Studies, with a degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems. She also holds Master’s degree in International Accounting, granted by the same University. Cristina is fluent in English. ​
