5.11. Change management event
Change is a natural and ubiquitous phenomenon. Technology ages over weeks, people's habits are changing and business is transforming. Each management is a change management - merger, new HR policy, redesign of work space or new business model. It is common: those who adapt accodingly will win.
It needed something new! We have decided to prepare a new concept business breakfast for you. In panel discussion coach Viola Texier of Mazars, Denisa Senajová for Decathlon and others will discuss:
- why we often forget about the human factor
- how to help the king to engage employees and achieve a culture of change,
- what magic the magician uses to make changes,
- why negative emotions belong to change and how to respond to them.
This breakfast will not be just about sandwiches or croissants. Great cooks Šuhajíci pri panvici along with a well-known host Junior will prepare a live breakfast menu which will change the traditional morning tastes on your tongue.
