At a time when most of us ask if one was obedient and responsible and whether one shall find a sweet reward in one's shoes, at Mazars we shall give you answers to frequently asked questions regarding the status of the statutory representative in society, his remuneration, duties and others.
In cooperation with our Bartošík Šváby law firm partners our experts shall focus on:
- How to agree on the statutory remuneration?
- Can the statutory body also be an employee at the same time?
- Can statutory power of attorney be granted by another statutory representative to another statutory representative or a third party?
