XFactory Ukraine is a 5-month acceleration program designed to support Ukrainian startups through Forvis Mazars' expertise, strategic coaching, and networking opportunities both within Ukraine and internationally.
For the first 2025 cohort we had 7 startups, 7 mentors, 5 months, and 380 hours of startup support in total. It was an intensive and inspiring journey filled with mentoring, strategic sessions, workshops, networking, and tailored guidance for each participant.

Beyond the numbers, what made this cohort special was the quality of connections formed. Startups didn't just receive advice — they built relationships with investors, partners, and ecosystem players across Europe.
For many Ukrainian startups, entering international markets is a priority — often before they've fully matured domestically. XFactory Ukraine was designed with this important specificity in mind: we focused our offering on helping Ukrainian startups get better acquainted with the European market, particularly France and Germany.
